La componente elastica sottoposta a tensione \u00e8 costituita probabilmente di nerbi di animale. Sopra un ripiano elevato \u00e8 posizionata una freccia. Il ripiano \u00e8 incernierato su un supporto con denti e pu\u00f2 essere leggermente inclinato per modificare l\u2019orientamento della freccia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color\">La carrucola permette di ampliare l\u2019angolo di tensione.<br>Sullo <a href=\"https:\/\/formelle.uniurb.it\/?page_id=2769\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2769\">sfondo <\/a>sono presenti due lance, due querce e un albero spoglio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Applicazioni e materiali utilizzati<\/strong>:&nbsp;La macchina era impiegata in ambito bellico per lanciare dardi. Essa era costruita utilizzando principalmente i seguenti materiali: nerbi di animale per la componente elastica, legno e ferro per gli organi di trasmissione e canapa per la corda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color has-normal-font-size\"><strong>I meccanismi<\/strong>: La catapulta era conosciuta fin dall\u2019antichit\u00e0. Essa sfrutta la combinazione di <a href=\"https:\/\/formelle.uniurb.it\/?page_id=3007\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">argano <\/a>e carrucola, due meccanismi che consentono di vincere facilmente la resistenza della componente elastica. Queste macchine virtuali possono essere osservate in ogni direzione ed in ogni particolare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-color has-text-color\">L\u2019app per Android pu\u00f2 essere scaricata inquadrando con la fotocamera del proprio dispositivo il QR Code a lato.
